Boise Idaho. He attended Boise State and Brigham
Young University and has a degree in Business.
He served for two years as a missionary for his

the Idaho National Guard as a Training NCO.
He has been in Business
management since his college days. Sid was
recruited for the Sears Management Training
program for a few years where he learned
leadership and different aspects of business. He
was then hired by K-mart where he rose through
the ranks as an assistant manager, manager, and
then District manager. He was instrumental in
opening new stores and was known for his
understanding of the financial side of business
with expense control and profit margins. He was
selected to instruct the newly assigned district
managers on how to conduct store visits,
training, and store audits. He retired from
Kmart after thirty years of service.
Later that same year Sid
joined Webb Distributors as a Purchasing
Manager. Sid has helped bring organization and a
professional business perspective to the Webb
Distributors executive team. He has helped set
up the Webb Distributors inventory systems and a
key person over all the parts and accessory
manufacture and vendor relationships. He was
instrumental in helping Webb increase their
profit margins through improved purchasing
practices.
He and his wife Ruth have
five children and seven grand children.
During
his years with Kmart they were transferred
around the country. While doing so they also
purchased or had built several homes, duplexes,
and triplexes for use as rentals. He and Ruth
designed and had built, their “Dream Home”, a
5166 Sq ft all brick home. Sid has always been
interested in the building and construction
business and excited about Larson Homes becoming
a major builder in the Arizona market.
